Position Overview:
The Finance Supervisor interprets and implements accounting concepts for valuation and control. This person will analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations in the areas of payroll, prepaid marketing expenses, inventories, and cost of Finished Products.
This position consistently supports compliance by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to the applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and policies and procedures.
In addition this position works on issues of limited scope, receives assignments as objectives with the processes necessary to fulfill those goals, requires moderate planning and direction setting, monitors daily operations of a team, develops and directs work schedules and monitors work flow to achieve established goals and objectives, and it is responsible for recommending changes in guidelines, procedures, and policies.
Function Specific Activities:
• Review and analysis of financial information to report to headquarters
• Prepare Financial information to local requirements according with Mexican regulations
• Review and supervision the payroll process
• Prepaid marketing expenses supervision
• Inventories supervision
• Administration of pension plan and saving funds.
Education:
• CPA
Related Work Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of finance or related experience.

Position Overview:
Ensure availability of the Quality Measures Application by providing expertise to the system by ensuring access, providing training, and monitoring application execution cycles.
- Build value based relationship with Divisions to monitor and measure
the effectiveness of quality data and use of QM, gather information, and
collectively ensure their needs are supported
- Manage IT resource and team (encompasses liasioning with various IT
functions to drive and develop continuous improvement/recommend system changes with know limitations in resources and their availability)
- Manage multiple priorities ranging from crisis-type situations when
problems occur with application to less urgent situations. Additionally, manage
the various spectrums of experience in the KO system requiring different
needs/abilities to understand the system

Division/Bottlers

Function Specific Activities:
Analyze business requirements (e.g., functional and technical
requirements, information need, business processes) by conducting
information-gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information
and prioritizing the requirements to gain understanding of the business
needs.
Provide support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor
enhancements, monitoring, testing) for business applications or
infrastructure to Company/Bottler associates or third parties in order
to maintain their productivity level (including international and
fourth level break/fix support).
Design training solution or end user communication plan (including
presentations, prerequisite training required, job aids, manuals,
systems and data for hands on practice) in order to develop the
training solution required to update or transfer skills and knowledge
to end users.
Monitor plan and execution progress to resolve any plan variances and
provide accurate communication to stakeholders.
Develop application specific standards and procedures, such as how
errors will be handled in the application, in order to complete
detailed design.
Determine all technical and resource components (e.g., network,
landscape) and associated costs (e.g., development, training) for
technology to ensure capacity and performance requirements are met.
Communicate status of support items to end users in order to allow
them to implement contingency plans if necessary.
Education:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
